Getting started in your career can be an overwhelming experience. Does it matter if you work for a large company or a small company? What if you don't like your first job? Will it look bad if you leave for another position too soon? Should you consider being a contractor rather than a full-time employee? Should you go right from your undergrad to grad school... or should you wait a few years? These are only a few of the many questions that you may be asking yourself as you start your career. My goal is to help simplify this process for you. I will give you the tools you need to not only start your career off on the right foot but to also better position you for career advancement. After publishing my book, "Internship Mastery" back in 2019, I didn't want to stop there. I wanted to continue helping college students and recent grads with career advancement, internship mastery, and personal growth. Because a podcast is a great platform to continue discussing these topics, the idea for The Ryan Glick Show was born.
